This Agreement shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue in full force and effect until [End Date], unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Sponsor agrees to provide the following benefits: Financial Consideration (Total Fee, Payment Schedule), Products/Equipment (List of items and value), and Other Benefits (e.g., travel expenses, training facilities).

Athlete agrees to: Represent the brand (apparel, equipment), engage in promotional activities (social media posts, event appearances), maintain exclusivity, and adhere to performance standards.

Sponsor agrees to: Fulfill payment terms as scheduled, supply products in a timely manner, and provide specified marketing support for the Athlete.

Sponsor is granted rights to use Athlete's likeness for promotional purposes within the agreed territory and duration. Athlete retains rights to approve all marketing materials featuring their likeness.

This agreement may be terminated for cause (e.g., breach of contract) or without cause with a specified notice period. Procedures for both scenarios are outlined herein.

The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Athlete engages in any act that brings them or the Sponsor into public disrepute, contempt, or ridicule.

Both parties agree to keep the terms and conditions of this agreement confidential and not to disclose them to any third party without prior written consent.

Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through amicable settlement. If unresolved, they shall be subject to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of [City, State].

Neither party shall be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of their obligations under this agreement if such delay is caused by events beyond their reasonable control.
